30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from receiving your item to decide if it meets your expectations.

Return Logistics: If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, No Returns for Sale Items or Gift Cards: Sale items and those magical gift cards are final - no turning back.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for European Union: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned earlier, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and display the refund.
